Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor)

The Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor) is a federal executive body that provides public services and the management of state property in the field of automobile transport and road facilities, including the field of highway accounting, as well as the functions of providing public services in the field of transport security in this area.

The Federal Road Agency carries out the authority of a competent body in the field of automobile transport and road facilities to implement obligations arising from international treaties of the Russian Federation, in terms of performing functions of rendering public services and managing state property.
